The aim of the MESH project is to support people with immigrant background, in other words international talents, in positioning into the Finnish labour market. The goal of the project is to develop, experiment and distribute models and practices of mentoring and systematize mentoring and the utilization of networks. Professional networks are promoted by enhancing the participants’ competences to search, find and develop their working-life connections to support their path to employment.

The project is funded by the European Social Fund, and the duration of the project is 1/2019–12/2021. The project has ended on 31.12.2021.

You can find information about, tools for and results of mentoring in the “Mentorointi | Mentoring” tab and about networking in the “Verkostoituminen | Networking” tab. Experiences from the MESH project can be found from the blog, videos, publications and on Facebook.
